Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Payroll Accountant, fully
remote.
Key Responsibilities
Balances and validates posting of payroll to general ledger for
multiple employers and ledgers
Allocates various payroll and tax expenses through journal
entries
Monitors and prepares payroll accruals and account validations
ensuring an accurate reflection of outstanding liabilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or
university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
required
2+ years of Payroll accounting experience preferred
Experience with SAP preferred
Knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
