Sphera is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Strategy Senior Associate to join our Product team. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Product Strategy to support the creation of the strategic roadmap and drive commercialization of new products across the Sphera product portfolio.

You will be given responsibility from Day 1 to help drive market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy. You will also play an integral part in Sphera's growth by coordinating with our Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Care teams to bring new products to market. Responsibilities:

• Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research, including market analysis and competitive intelligence, to form a viewpoint and recommendations on Sphera's product roadmap
• Develop financial models to shape the business cases for Sphera's major investment priorities
• Optimize the pricing and bundling strategy across Sphera's product portfolio
• Build data models and reporting to measure impact of pricing and other strategic initiatives
• Communicate with Product Managers, Marketing, Sales, Software Development, and other internal stakeholders to drive new product / feature launches
• Drive change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management and execution) to do it what it takes to move the needle
• Support other strategic initiatives and projects across Sphera's product team Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, analytics, or other quantitative field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in management consulting or in the area of product, commercial strategy, analytics, or adjacent functions
  • A passion for Sustainability and ESG.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling
  • Highly collaborative with a desire to identify and address complex problems through dialogue with team members
  • Self-motivated and organized; able to simultaneously work on multiple assignments and to work both independently as well as on teams.
  • Good communication skills; ability to articulate issues, give presentations, and prepare formal written reports
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R preferred but not required
